It such a sunny windy morning when i get up at six and packed my camera bag. I have a very interesting place to go to today. I always had a very big curiosity with this place, wanted to enter and capturing every round of corner, perceiving every side of their daily life, sensing their hope, desire and anxiety. Very intriguing.

This prison was built in 1817 by the Netherland government. Designed by Wolff Schoemaker, this magnificent prison form in trapezoid shaped. It used to be a political prison when the Netherlands Government still in charge. This prison built in over six hectares of land. Four hectares are used for offices and residential rooms and divided into four blocks (West, East, North, and South) consists of two floors with 552 rooms, 37 rooms was no longer habitable and the rest are the isolation room.
